Well,Well looks like Ithaca bakery still has my Seitan sandwich on the menu called Susie Garden with lemon teriyaki. I think it's deceptive to the people who buy it and think that is my seitan even though it's not.so it is important to me that all my fans that used to eat my seitan should know. they should have taken it off the menu. and use another name for the sandwich and do not say its my seitan.they should have just come up with something different. I emailed them and ask them to take it down. the owners are not what they seem.
