OK my wonderful fans. You have a opportunity to stop by the SusieSeitan kitchen starting today and Saturday. I have left some seitan for wholesale prices for those of you looking to stock up. As you know I am retiring and this is what is left at the kitchen. I have 6 1 # curry,3 1 . 2 5 # curry, 3 5 # bakeun,and 1 5 # lemon and a few slices. Friday today between 8am and 2pm and Saturday the same hours. Greenstar, wegmans,ithaca bakery, alleycatcafe,shortstop. regional access still have some product get it while you can. I have been selling recipes and being very successful . they are 75 each. If interested. susie

It looks like two more weeks than you'll probably not see Seitan at wegmans, greenstar remember shortstop is still makeing Seitan subs and sandwiches. Ithaca bakery is still making sandwiches. Temple zues bought a recipe so that he can continue having the BBQ Seitan hopefully for ever.Alleycat cafe has original SEitan she has the recipe for the original Seitan.I asked Ithaca bakery if they want to buy a recipe the answer is no. I asked Shortstop deli if they wanted to buy a recipe the answer was no. so now you all know were to get some for the future. I have some recipes for sale 75 each recipe just in case there are some creative people out there.

Unfortunately, it looks like Greenstar won't be expanding their options for 2 pound logs, BUT if you would like to buy 2 pound and 5 pound logs from me directly, I'll be offering them starting on January 1st at 1251 Trumansburg Rd between 11 AM and 2 PM Monday - Friday!
