This past week, ACS participated in the National Grazing Lands Coalition Northeast Grazing School in Lindley, NY. ACS planner Cheryl Bruce joined event hosts Troy Bishopp of NatGLC and John Burns of Evermore Farm, along with other great guest speakers from NY and Quebec.

The two-day event drew 40 participants discussing topics on cattle and sheep grazing management, including early spring grazing strategies, year-round grazing, forage species identification, plant growth and recovery, stock density fluctuations and impact, bale grazing, and silvopasture.
