Misty Meadows Farm We foucus on training and showing horses for barrel racing and competitions.

We also raise quality dairy goats, meat goats, sheep, bantam chickens, and beef cattle for 4-H and local shows, supporting youth in agriculture and responsible animal care.

September 20th Me, Misty and potentially Trapper made the Thundering Hooves Drill Team.

We lost our Rhode Island Red bantam 😕

We officially have turkeys again, a tom and a hen named Giblet and Pudgie

Onyx is potentially getting bred to one of my 4-H friends/old club members ram

And today we're getting a new horse trailer 😊

Starting my show OEG breeding next spring, we will be breeding mainly Spangled OEG birds.

Our 2 spangled OEG (cockerell and pullet) have been shown at Saunders County Fair. Shown by my brother and won 3 blues with them. Judge placed them blue only because of age!

Hoping to get my birds out there in the show world starting next spring! The parents are VERY docile and was willing to be picked up and do showmanship at young ages, these chicks will be good for young exhibitors. Plus they will be handled by us before shipping off to their next show home.

I'm getting excited! Thanks to Embroidery Connections for the beautiful designs. Don't miss the rodeo on Friday and Saturday - I'll be competing on Saturday. I wish all the bull riders, bronc riders, barrel racers, ropers, wrestlers, and the Thundering Hooves drill team the best of luck for a great weekend.
