Looking for a farm of your own?!

This property comes with a house AND 36 acres (10 recently cleared), just 2 miles from Lake Russell!

Another big advantage: because the property includes a home, you may be able to use a conventional home loan, which can offer better terms and rates than a traditional land loan.

If you’ve been dreaming about owning your own little piece of the country, this could be the one! 36 acres with a pond. 🐄🌾

This 2200 square feet Single Family home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is located at 1205 Greg Shoals Rd, Iva, SC.
