Bakery Update 🧁

I promise I haven’t disappeared or fallen off the face of the earth!

Unfortunately, my arm still needs surgery, and I’m still waiting for the doctors to decide exactly what they’re going to do and when the procedure will happen. In the meantime, I’ve been placed on light duty and limited to just 16 hours a week at my regular job.

Between my regular job and the bakery, I’ve had to make some difficult decisions. For now, I won’t be doing any bakery pop-ups until my arm improves or I’m released from my work restrictions.

I do have one amazing person who has been helping me. If her availability changes, I may be able to pull off an occasional pop-up, but we’ll just have to see what happens as time goes on.

I want to sincerely thank all of you for your patience, support, and encouragement. Your kindness means more than you’ll ever know.

In the meantime, my baked goods are still available at Rockwood Convenience and Jamo’s Sandwich Shop in Greenville, so if you’re stopping by either location, please check out what’s available.

🍪 Bakery Update 🍪

I wanted to give everyone a quick update on our pop-up schedule.

At the moment, Jackman’s Backroads Bakery Company pop-ups are on hold while I wait for surgery on my arm. I’m currently waiting to hear the surgeon’s plan, so I don’t have a timeline just yet.

In the meantime, you can still find my sweet treats at:

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding during this time.

As soon as I know more, I’ll post an update. Once I’m back, the plan is to hold pop-ups in both Rockwood and Jackman, so stay tuned. I can’t wait to get back to baking for all of you!

Update- waiting on a surgery date. Not allowed to work as much as I normally do. Rockwood Convenience and Jamos carry my items. Please check them out! As soon as I can I’ll be back!!
