My breakfast this morning!
Oatmeal with strawberries, blackberries, h**p hearts, milk, some walnuts for me and a bit of brown sugar! This breakfast doesn’t look as awesome as it taste but it’s also packed full of goodness!
• Vit C, Vit K, Magnesium from blackberries. The strawberries help reduce blood pressure and cholesterol along with reducing stress. H**p hearts are good for omega 3’s, support good bones, and help your body convert food into energy for the day. Oatmeal improves insulin levels, manage weight, promote healthy bacteria in your gut, walnuts to support brain function and heart health and so much more!
