Hey, I’m Parker Wiser.
The guy behind The Morning Catch.
In 2021, at just 20 years old, I opened the doors to The Morning Catch with a pretty simple idea: our community deserved better access to fresh, quality food.
Hunting and fishing have never just been hobbies for me. They’re a big part of how I grew up. Time spent outdoors, around the table, and alongside the people who taught me the value of knowing where your food comes from and taking pride in what you bring home to your family.
And those roots are a big part of what The Morning Catch is today.
Over the years, my passion for the outdoors, healthy living, and quality food has grown into a business where quality always comes first. From fresh fish and shellfish to prime cuts of beef and convenient options that make putting a good meal on the table a little easier.
But even more than that, The Morning Catch was built around family and community.
I wanted to create the kind of local shop I would want to walk into myself. Somewhere you know who you’re buying from, you can trust what you’re taking home, and quality that never has to be questioned.
Five years later, that same idea I had at 20 is still at the heart of everything we do. Good food, good community, and something worth bringing home to the table.
