Some FUN folks comin' out tonight! We fed the entire staff of 20 Past 4 Michigan , have seen familiar faces all day long. That's the thing about a Food Truck, you never know who'll pop up...especially our friend that read our post in Grand Rapids, and drove back to Jackson! Yup, we fed HIM too!

Our friends from D&X Coffee coffee popped over. I just love seeing our friends. Nah, they're FAMILY really, show up, show LOVE and JOY.

Our Daughter in Law, Miranda Garey , saved our keister today. You Miss Ma'am, double as Wonder Woman. Thank you for saving the day!

Met a couple that on her last day at Henry Ford in Jackson, she was retiring and we happened to pop-up the FIRST time (Proud to say we did it twice, thank you!) and she's been chasing us for two months. She found us, drug her husband, John to come get dinner, and they ended up bringing fries back for their daughter. How cool are these stories?

We LOVE to feed people, we love to spread our wings and welcome people right off the highway and welcome them in, like they've been coming here ever since they were in ahort pants.

Our mantra has and always will be:

Everyone's welcome. Come in as a customer, leave as a friend. Show up again, and we'll, you're just part of the family now! (We used say "grab a dishwasher, cuz we got LOTS of dishes to do.")

This has truly been a Summer of LOVE, and we're excited to see what the upcoming months bring us.

We still have an hour left. We're here til 8pm, but last meal in at 7:45!
