FG Oktoberfest is October 9th & 10th! We’ll have Festbier and Märzen on draft, live music, steins, games, and food!

We’ll kick it off with the ceremonial tapping of the keg on Friday at 5, then Saturday starting out with the JXN Trail Club Belhaven Hills Classic race, a Beer Mile run, and plenty of cold beer all weekend. Put it on the calendar!

📣2 Announcements! First, Kölsch is back! Come grab a pint of this crispy, refreshing beer that originates from Cologne (Köln) Germany! It’s been on our summer rotation for several years and we’re glad to have it back starting today on draft and in cans soon!

Also please welcome Dalton Coleman to the FG team! He’s a Mississippi native who just moved back with his family and he’s heading up our packaging! Once our brewers make the beer, he’ll get it into kegs and cans for our taproom and ready for distribution! We’re glad to have him!

It’s too hot to be anywhere this week besides in the taproom with a cold beer! If you missed it, come try our Berliner Weisse sour, try it plain or with either Raspberry or Woodruff syrup for extra flavor! All 3 are traditional ways to enjoy this German beer that is perfect for hot summer days!

Behind the scenes of a key part of our process: filtering! Here Devan is filtering our flagship beer FG Pilsner before it’s canned and kegged! This process ensures the beer is bright, clear, and super crispy! Pilsner is back on draft today in the taproom and we’re making it out $4 beer today to celebrate!
