From father to daughter. From orchard to laboratory. šŸŒ±šŸ„­

What began with careful grafting in the fields of Santa Martha continues today through tissue culture and scientific innovation.

Our grandfather spent decades cultivating healthy, productive mango trees and welcoming visitors to our farm. Today, his daughter carries that same commitment forward through plant research and micropropagation.

Different methods. Same purpose.

To preserve vigorous plants, strengthen our crops, and continue a family legacy rooted in care, knowledge, and respect for the land.

šŸŒŗ One of our favorite ways to enjoy our yacon is in Ɓgua de Jamaica šŸŒø

We start by boiling water, then letting it cool slightly before steeping rinsed hibiscus flowers with cinnamon sticks and cloves. Once cooled, we sweeten it with Yacon Harvest Yacon Syrup and pour it over ice or drink it hot right away. Your choice šŸ¤¤šŸ˜‹
