A FAVORITE from this week by staff and customers alike??? Straight from the meat counter: ham hocks. 🍂🥩

These are the kind of cuts made for big pots on the stove and letting dinner take its time. Rich, smoky and full of flavor, ham hocks are perfect for adding depth to some of our favorite cold-weather meals.

One easy fall idea: Ham Hock + White Bean Soup
�Simmer your ham hock low and slow with white beans, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, broth, bay leaf, thyme and plenty of black pepper. Once the meat is tender, pull it from the bone, shred it back into the pot and let everything come together until it’s rich and cozy.

Also perfect for collard greens, split pea soup or a big pot of beans. 🍲
