Chrississippi We provide restaurant consulting, catering, private chef services and more! Parties from 2 to 2,000. We will travel and provide regional cuisine!

Our name comes from the Chef's love of his home state. We use as many locally grown and raised products as possible! Fresh, in season, and cooked to perfection. Supporting local farmers is important to us as well as knowing where our food comes from. Chef Freeman’s expert knowledge of food from farm to table combines with a range of inspirations drawn from regional cuisine, classic French technique, and favorite dishes from Grandma's house to give him his trademark style.
