✨IMPORTANT HOLIDAY INFO!✨

Some of you may know that we are having a baby in a few short weeks! Because of this our holiday ordering and cut off is going to look a little different this year. Here are the details:

🎅🏼 Order cut off is DECEMBER 13.
🎅🏼 We will still be processing subscriptions and CURRENT wholesale customers after the 13th, but no new orders.
🎅🏼 After the 13th, our shop will be CLOSED for the remainder of the year so we can enjoy some time with our new family.

We are so excited to finally share that we had the opportunity to work on a large scale custom roast for Spring Arbor University: The Cougar Brew! This coffee is exclusive to SAU and can only be purchased directly through them. We are so grateful for this opportunity and had so much fun working together to create something totally unique!

We're a husband & wife team who have an obsession with specialty coffee & providing good coffee to regular people. We ensure that each batch of coffee is roasted to order for maximum freshness & superior taste. We're all about taking a simple, responsible, & caring approach to coffee.

We’re excited to share that the freshly opened Fortress Cafe is the first brick and mortar location for us. It’s also an opportunity to grow from a husband & wife team to an all around family affair.

Located inside Lean Rocket Lab in downtown Jackson, Michigan the cafe will offer breakfast and lunch options including grab-and-go health foods - like protein shakes, smoothies, breakfast bowls, baked oatmeal and chicken salad. The cafe exclusively serves Fortress Coffee and will sell whole bean coffee by the pound.
