Inspired by the sweet nectar of life. To embody and enjoy the journey. To savor the simple moments. To relish in the joy of life. That’s AMRITA.

By definition, amrita is a Sanskrit most directly translated to an immortality elixir, though often used to describe the sweet nectar evoked through the process of life and ones inner journey.

Inspired by this, and the fact that it feels like a cousin to the word margarita (what’s not to love 😉), Amrita Beverages came to be in 2015.

From your classic cocktails that we love to make to our wild crafted tonics and AB:Free mixers, we believe in striking a delicate balance between beautiful beverages and nourishing, wholesome ingredients.

Everything we source for our cocktails is done so thoughtfully and intentionally.

It’s a modern bar experience. Whether you’re inclined to spirits or prefer a non-alcoholic cocktail, we pour up wellness, with a twist!

We invite you to join us for a deeply restorative afternoon curated to nurture your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you to Spirit, in the beautiful waters of Astoria Hot Springs.

Deidre Norman] will be leading a 45 minute integrated yoga practice connecting us more deeply to the element of water. This will be a combination of breath work, kriya, movement and meditation.

Jessa Smout: Beverage Creator] will provide curated beverages handcrafted to support your practice.

Sharing her talents Stories of Water] will guide us through the day, reminding us of our intentions and the power of these healing waters.

Motherhood. The only thing I’ve found that exists in this world that can simultaneously make you feel so cherished, loved, and like an absolute fu***ng warrior while also wanting to hide in a hole and cry until your own mommy comes to save you.
What a journey and one that is so clearly why I am here, now. To guide this beautiful soul, nurture and just love him up such that he can feel safe enough to go out and crush.
Motherhood
I believe it’s time that the women of the world are recognized as the mothers to us all and warriors beyond the typical measure of strength. Be careful- Momma Bears are more fierce than you can imagine and the divine feminine collective is one just boiling right below the surface. If it gets much worse we just might love so hard that we force growth, change, and responsibility❤️
Cheers to all the feminine warriors helping hold ground right now. Whether you have had children, want to, have lost a child, a mother, a sister, and on and on- your feminine power is seen and loved by me. Thank you for honoring your journey and adding to this collective of power.

This reminds me of that slow spread of blush and heat across your cheeks when your friends ask about boys… hmm MEN.
When I was recently home in the oh so lovely Southern Illinois (it was gray and dreary- no beaches were seen ) I came across some local strawberries
They were the strangest, most twisted , sweet strawberries I’ve ever seen. I took the liberty of infusing some gin and bringing it home for a Wyoming spring photo. I thought there would be at least brown grass and the tip of a daffodil. Should have known.
I also went to the and found some glassware that I wish I could drink out of. At least collection gets real close to these dreams.
Blush of Spring

Cut 8 of the most delicious fresh strawberries you can find into large chunks. Add to 16oz gin. I used as I prefer London Dry gins for martinis. Let sit for 24-36 hours. Not too long or the strawberries will fall apart and it will turn slightly bitter. Strain

1.5 oz infused gin
1.5 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Orange bitters
STIR & STRAIN
Garnish with a squeezed lemon twist/spritz
