This hand picked Double Oak Bourbon is 11 years and 5 months old. This barrel was hand selected from MGP and then further aged in W.L. Weller barrels for its double oak complexity. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley. 108.88 proof

The color of this Double Oaked Bourbon is golden with burnt orange hues. The aroma is of honey, golden fruit and sweet mash. On the palate, the honey dominates along with layers of golden ripe fruit, dusty oak, cereal grain and brown sugar. This Bourbon is creamy and smooth.

The long finish is complex and dangerous,
lacking the normal burn you’d come to expect.
