Our new projects added to the barn today. Mabry got his pick of the barn, and couldn’t be happier. Ready to see what is to come with this set of pigs.

This first pig in the barn for 2026-2027 MS 4-H Show Year is Anakin Skywalker. This barrow is out of Outlaw Durocs. Can’t wait to get him to our barn to start working with him.

Fun Fact: This is the breeder that we purchased our first ever pig from in 2019-2020.

Starting the show with our Up-Eared Commercial Gilt showing at 214 pounds. She has the components to have a great maternal life, but she didn’t have all of the parts together today for the show. She finished 5th in the heat.

We would like to say Happy Veterinarian Day to our one and only vet, Dr. Tim Lloyd at Delta Animal Services, Inc. you don’t get half of the recognition you deserve. Thanks for taking care of all our animals.

Our show season has come to an end. This was a great year for Mabry as he has grown as a showman, and preparing his animals for showtime. We can’t say thank you enough to the breeders, family, and friends that have helped through the year. Special thanks to my wife Ann Marie and Delta Animal Services, Inc for their help all season.
