For generations, this beautiful building has been a place where our community gathers to celebrate milestones, build connections, and create memories. Every wedding, reunion, fundraiser, meeting, and family celebration adds another layer to its rich history.

As caretakers of this historic space, we’re honored to help preserve its legacy while continuing to create meaningful experiences for future generations.

Did you know that the Cascades Manor House was originally built as a golf clubhouse? ⛳

Back in 1932, the legendary architect Claire Allen brought this beauty to life as part of William Sparks’ incredible vision for the park. It wasn’t just a building; it was the heart of a community dream.

After some quiet years, the community stepped up in the 90s to save it from disuse, and today it’s one of our most beloved spots for weddings, parties, and local gatherings. It’s more than just stone and timber: it’s a piece of Jackson’s history that we all get to share.

✨ A Season of Golden Celebrations ✨

Cascades Manor was honored to host not one, but two incredible 50th Wedding Anniversary celebrations recently!

Congratulations to Michael & Libby Greenya and Sharon & Richard Chambers on reaching this remarkable milestone. Fifty years of love, commitment, faith, family, and memories is truly something worth celebrating.

It was a joy to see family and friends gather to honor these couples and the beautiful lives they have built together over the past five decades.

Thank you for allowing Cascades Manor to be part of such meaningful celebrations. We wish both couples continued happiness and many more cherished moments together.

There’s something really special about community showing up quietly behind the scenes. 🌿

This spring, members of the Rotary Club of Jackson along with Gene and Sue Chapel generously donated their time to help beautify the grounds at Cascades Manor by weeding, cleaning up landscaping, and removing dead shrubs.

We are so grateful for their continued support, servant hearts, and investment in keeping Cascades Manor welcoming for our community and guests. Thank you for helping us care for a place that means so much to so many. 💚

For nearly a century, the Jackson Chapter of AAUW gathered in rooms like this to share ideas, support education, encourage leadership, and build community among women in Jackson.

This week, Cascades Manor had the honor of hosting their Centennial Celebration — a beautiful afternoon filled with stories, reflection, laughter, and remembrance.

This gathering also marked the chapter’s final official meeting, making the day both incredibly meaningful and bittersweet. While the organization may be closing this chapter, the impact these women have made throughout the past 100 years will continue to live on in our community for generations to come.
