It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Sam Parker Snider, a longtime member of the TLM Associates family, who passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 82.

Sam served as a draftsman with TLM for almost 40 years, a career marked by dedication, knowledge, and a steady presence that helped shape our firm for nearly four decades.

TLM Associates joined communities across the country in participating in the Red Sand Project—a simple but powerful way to bring attention to those who too often fall through the cracks.

We’re proud to stand alongside the Scarlet Rope Project, a local organization that provides trauma-informed, holistic care to survivors of human trafficking. Through compassion, advocacy, and support, they help individuals find hope, healing, and a path forward.

As we filled the cracks in our sidewalks with red sand, we were reminded that creating a stronger community starts with seeing those who are often overlooked. Every conversation, every act of kindness, and every effort to raise awareness helps build a community where survivors are supported and valued.

One month ago, 181 students got hands-on with engineering and 3D printing! 🎉

TLM was proud to sponsor 3D Printing with Union University's Engineering Department for a series of 6 camps this summer, giving elementary, middle, and high schoolers a real taste of what engineers do. Investing in the next generation of builders, designers, and problem-solvers is exactly the kind of work we love supporting. 👏
