What’s on your dinner plate tonight? We baked one of our pastured chickens (rubbed with Brookside Blend) and served it over some roasted veggies. This is a no non-sense meal that makes you feel really accomplished with minimal prep work. The best part is it will leave plenty of leftovers for tomorrow.
