Family Asking For Help

"If you know anyone that lives in the Mayport area near wonderwood Dr and A1A that might have video footage of the road way, have them check their cameras for Sunday evening around 7-9pm.

The police are working a vehicular homicide case that involved my cousin. She was hit and then left by the driver, who turned around after hitting her, got out of the car, and then drove away.

Even if you don’t know anyone, your prayers are coveted by my cousin, uncle, aunt and her son.

Everyone’s life matters no matter the choices they made in life. She was a mother, daughter, friend and cousin. She has people that care about her and she deserves justice.

If you are the person that hit her, do the right thing and own up to it. You made the choice to drive distracted whether you were texting, under the influence, messing with something in the car, or just flat out not paying attention, you killed a person and for that you should not get to live your life like you didn’t.
