The Datil Pepper & 33 Peppers Island Style Datil Pepper Sauce

It is most widely held that the Datil Pepper was brought to St. Until recently, this pepper has been grown almost exclusively in the St. Augustine, Florida area known as the First Coast. Funshine Foods, LLC and 33 Peppers was born in 2014 when an abundant crop of Datils became a staple in our test kitchen. We started to explore some "Old Florida Style" recipes and cooking methods combined with our culinary experience primarily from the coastal North Florida area. The result is what we and our friends and family agree to be some of the most versatile and delicious sauces, seasonings & jellies of us have tasted.
