Smoked pork butt is one of our favorite cuts on the Mangalitsa pigs we raise. This one turned out great! We have various roasts, chops, sausage in mild, bold, and spicy, and bacon for $12 per pound. We also reserve whole and half hogs a couple of times a year.

We are running a short special this year. Last year a whole hog was $800. We are offering the first 5 people interested a whole 2 year old Mangalitsa for $500. Once we have 5 spoken for, we will get them dropped off at 5R Custom Meats for processing.

Another first on the farm! Our guineas have finally hatched cute little keets! After 4 years of owning guineas we finally have sweet protective mothers. It's hard to get a good pic of them bc they're doing a great job staying protected under the tall grass in my neglected garden 🫣
