Last night as I looked through pictures, I was a bit teary eyed. I am glad to know that I am part of a legacy my grandparent's created in a Jacksonville, Al. I enjoyed reading everyone's comments. Roma's was more than a restaurant, it was a part of life.

Yia-Yia and I talk daily on how we can bring a "little bit" of Roma's back. We will do this slow. Our plan will start by bringing the famous salad dressings to you. So, let me know what was your favorite!

Please be patient as this is something new for us both. Yia-Yia likes to go big...lol
I have to remind her, we don't have her big kitchen anymore😂
