I run and organize our ENC Food truck rodeos at Kimbrell's of Jacksonville and we such a great time. I just cant stand a anyone trying to trick ppl, pretend to me/us and steal money from others.

Christmas was so exciting! We had almost ALL our kids and even SOME of our grandkids in for the holidays.
🥰🥰 (next time all for sure)

Long days, long nights, intense games, tons of laughter, amazing food, and endless memories!! (Oh yeah my battery was running on empty but I didn't care 😜)

There was one in particular gift I was given and it has been my dream for so long....🧐🧐

Still a little early but I know God's plan will not fail any of us!!

I get to be called Lolly. Aug 2026!! I can't wait!! 👶👶❤️❤️❤️❤️👶👶

Sorry, not sorry! I won't be working for about a week around Aug 13. 🌭🌭🤣🤣

I'd like to take a moment and thank every single individual who supported me through 2025. It was definitely a "struggling-at-times" year, and for most of us food trucks in our area, but I am always counting my blessings and truly grateful.
Again, thank you, EVERYONE!

Just a reminder....no work today. Ill be with my better half for his surgery. Ill be back tomorrow!

Update: Maury's surgery went well. 😁 His left knee is fixed. His doctor also explained that the tear had been there for quite awhile. Follow up next Friday to see what recovery will look like. 🙏

The doctor added that the outside of his left knee is extremely riddled with arthritis. 😬 Nothing needs to be done now but in the future from he will need a partial knee replacement.
