Y’ALL… THIS ONE BLEW ME AWAY ❤️🔥 Yesterday, a couple pulled up to Mixson With Shay for the very first time.

They looked over the menu, asked a few questions, and decided they wanted to try a little bit of everything. Before it was all said and done, they ordered 7 different plates — including 6 Salmon Plates and 1 Lamb Chop Plate — for a total of $222.56!

What means the most isn’t the total… it’s the fact that complete strangers trusted us enough to feed their family from our food truck. 🙏🏽

Every plate is made with love, seasoned from the heart, and served with the goal of turning first-time customers into regulars. Seeing people take that first bite and immediately know they made the right choice never gets old.
