Nances Creek Farms is excited to welcome classes to enjoy hands-on agricultural learning THIS FALL!

When you book a local field trip, you’re not only enriching your students’ education—you’re also helping support local agriculture and small businesses that invest back into our community.

And just like that Strawberry Season 2026 has officially ended…

With this being our first season back after Neo-P we were a bit nervous, anxious, and excited to open our strawberry fields again. BUT YOU SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT!
It was amazing to see so many familiar and new faces come to the farm.

From one small, farming family to our customers THANK YOU!!! Choosing local means more to my family and community than you will ever know.

As we end this season, we look forward to continue serving you with local farm products and more opportunities for fun family experiences later this year🎃🍎🚜🌾🌻

Joseph and Sabrina Dothard are raising more than strawberries at Nances Creek Farms in Jacksonville— they're growing family memories and a place where visitors can experience the joy of farm life. Alongside their three children, the Dothard family operates their family-owned farm nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.

Dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for guests of all ages, Nances Creek Farms combines beautiful scenery, family fun and fresh, locally grown strawberries. Through their farm, the Dothards are sharing their love for agriculture while helping families make lasting memories in the heart of northeast Alabama. 🍓
