As I step into my 9th year in business and head into the final quarter of the year, you’re going to start seeing quite a few changes around here. 🥹💕✨

From updates and improvements to the website, to new ideas behind the scenes, I’m slowly preparing Desserts 2 Love for something I talked about a few months ago… a full rebrand. And yes, that will eventually include a new name too. 👀

But this rebrand isn’t about changing who I am or forgetting where I started. It’s about GROWTH. 🌱

Growing as a business owner.
Growing creatively.
Growing my brand to better reflect the woman and baker I’ve become over these last 9 years.
And creating something that feels more aligned with where I see my business going next.

Desserts 2 Love LLC will always be part of my story. ❤️ It’s the name that helped me build this business, connect with so many amazing customers, and create memories I’ll carry with me forever.

Now, I’m just getting ready for the next chapter. 🥰

The changes won’t happen all at once—you’ll see everything slowly come together over the next few months. And I’m so excited to bring you all along for the journey.

One thing y’all have made VERY clear… you love these Pound Cake Cookies! 😂💕 So I’m making it a little easier to satisfy that craving.

Cookie Cravings is now officially a regular section on my website! 🥳

And before y’all go running to the website. 😂
No cookies are in stock yet. This is just an announcement of this new section that I just made available.

Soon, I’ll be baking select Pound Cake Cookie flavors in limited quantities, and when they’re available, you’ll be able to hop right on the website, order, and pick them up without having to preorder days in advance.

September is here, and that means it’s officially time to celebrate my 9th Business Anniversary! 🎉🎂

To celebrate, I’ll be doing more than one Sweet Cravings Saturday throughout the month AND dropping a few special sales on the website. 👀💕 So make sure you stay connected because I definitely don’t want y’all missing out!

Since the cookie dough is much easier for me to prepare ahead, freeze and bake as needed, these may be the one item I won’t offer for preorder. Instead, I’m thinking about baking up different flavors, adding them directly to the website and letting you all shop what’s available!

Once a flavor sells out, it sells out until the next restock. 🥰

Planning a party or event? 🎉 I also offer special dessert add-ons like Dessert Shooters, Mini Cheesecakes, and Mini Pound Cakes with at least one week’s notice.

No waiting for the monthly Sweet Cravings Saturday Sale. No waiting for me to post availability. If it’s listed on the website, you can go ahead and place your order! 🙌🏾

I truly love and appreciate each and every one of my customers. 💕

However, I do want to gently remind my returning customers that if you’ve ordered with me several times, I kindly ask that you become familiar with my ordering process, policies, pickup information, and the other details I regularly provide.

I’m always happy to help when needed, but it can become a little overwhelming having to repeatedly answer the same questions from customers who have ordered with me many times—especially when that information has already been provided or is readily available.

Now, for my new customers, I completely understand that you may have questions while learning how everything works, and I’m always happy to assist you. 🥰

My goal is simply to keep the ordering process as smooth and efficient as possible for everyone. Thank you so much for your continued support, understanding, and for choosing my business. 💕

THISSSS is the kind of message that makes all the long hours, recipe testing, do-overs, and late nights worth it. 🥹💕🥰

One of my customers sent me her FULL review of every new pound cake flavor she tried this weekend, and I couldn’t stop smiling while reading it. The fact that she took the time to give me feedback on each individual flavor means more to me than she probably realizes.

When I introduce something new, especially a new cake flavor, I’m always a little nervous because I genuinely want y’all to LOVE what I create. I put so much time, thought, love, and passion into my desserts, so receiving feedback like this makes my heart so happy. 🥹

And trust me… I heard you LOUD AND CLEAR about that Sock-It-To-Me Cake! 😂🌰 Back to the kitchen I go because y’all know I’m going to tweak it until that nutty flavor is EXACTLY where I want it to be. 💪🏾😂

But a 9.5/10 overall?! 🥹🥳 I’ll TAKE IT!

Y’all showed OUT yesterday and today! I truly can’t put into words how thankful and appreciative I am for all the love and support. 💕

I’ve already got people fussing at me 😂 so I may bring a few of the new cake flavors back next week. No promises yet, but I’m definitely considering it!

And don’t forget…NEXT MONTH we’re celebrating 9 YEARS of Desserts 2 Love LLC 🥳🎂 I originally planned on doing one BIG anniversary sale, but at this rate, I may have to spread the celebration out over several days. 👀😂
