Thank you to all of our amazing loyal customers and all of the new customers who chose to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with us at Taqueria De La Rosa’s! ❤️🌮

My husband Mike and I are truly so grateful for all of the love and support we receive from this community every single day. Sometimes we look back to 2023 and can’t believe how far we’ve come — from operating out of our small food truck with a tiny $100 grill from Costco, to where we are today. None of this would be possible without every single one of you.

We also want to recognize our incredibly hardworking team. From our dishwashers, our prep ladies, our amazing front-of-house girls who have stood by us through thick and thin, to our cooks who work so fast and hard every single day — sprinting to the cooler and back in milliseconds! 😂🌮

And a very special thank you to my hardworking veteran husband Mike, who works 15-hour days to help keep this dream alive. Running a restaurant is not easy. It can be overwhelming and exhausting, but we truly work our hardest every day to give our customers the kind of service and experience that we would want when going out to eat ourselves.
