These tiny treats are quick, easy, and perfect for a little indulgence.
Ingredients
🤎 Texas Sheet Cake Bites

2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
2 cups granulated sugar
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
1 cup salted sweet cream butter
½ cup buttermilk or sour cream
2 large eggs, room temperature and well beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Icing
6 tablespoons whole milk
4 tablespoons salted sweet cream butter
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3½ cups powdered sugar (1 pound box)
🤎 Pineapple Upside Down Mini Cakes
🍍½ cup salted butter, melted
🍍¾ cup packed light brown sugar
🍍1 (20-ounce) can of pineapple chunks, do not drain
🍍24 maraschino cherries
🍍1 box of yellow cake mix
🍍3 large eggs, room temperature
🍍½ cup vegetable oil
🍍1 cup pineapple juice, reserved from the can of pineapple chunks
🍍½ cup sour cream

12 standard-sized Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped
16 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
¾ cup creamy peanut butter (Skippy brand)
1½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
⅓ cup heavy cream, cold
12 mini Reese’s cups, unwrapped
Chocolate syrup, garnish

15.25 ounces yellow cake mix, we used Pillsbury brand (432g)
⅓ cup salted butter, melted and cooled
2 large eggs, room temperature
Filling
1 ¾ cups cold whole milk
3.4 ounces instant French vanilla pudding mix, we used Jell-O brand (96g)
Ganache
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, we used Toll House brand
½ cup heavy cream

Crust
1½ cups mint Oreo cookie crumbles, about 20 cookies
⅜ cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Filling
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and cooled
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅔ cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 to 2 drops gel-based green food coloring
6 mint Oreo cookies, finely chopped
Chocolate Whipped Cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
18 Andes mints, for decorating

Red Velvet Base
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted and cooled
1¼ cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon red gel food color, I used the Sunny Side Up Bakery brand
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs, room temperature and beaten
Cheesecake Filling
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg yolk

2 pre-made pie crusts, store-bought or try our homemade pie crust recipe
🍋Lemon Curd
20 ounces lemon curd, (two 10-ounce jars)
🍋Meringue
4 egg whites, room temperature
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup granulated sugar
🤎 Mini Rhubarb and Strawberry Pies
Filling
2 cups rhubarb, diced into ¼-inch pieces (about ¾ pound)
2 cups strawberries, diced into ¼-inch pieces, washed and hulled
1½ cups granulated sugar, divided (1 cup and ½ cup)
6 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest, 1 whole lemon
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Crust
30 ounces ready to bake pie crusts (four 9-inch crusts, you will need 3)
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
