I am thinking of doing some breakfast this Saturday 3/14. I have gotten positive feedback on my breakfast bagels. I am going to have my gate open and cooking them to order. They will have scrambled eggs, choice of meat (ham, bacon, sausage), arugula, choice of cheese (cheddar or provolone), and a delicious goat/cream cheese spread. They will come with tater tots. I am at 253 E 2nd St, right in the corner of Liberty and 2nd. Please let me know if you are interested so I can plan accordingly.

Made my first pastrami today!! Picanha brined for 5 days and rubbed with mustard binder and coriander, mustard seed, brown sugar, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Smoked for 2.5 hours @ 225, foil boat and another 1.5 hours
