So the processing plants can kill at full compacity instead of 70-80%. If you have been around corporate America any in your life you know they budget for 100% and that’s really important.. Since 1919 when the supreme courts ruled “corporation must be managed primarily for the financial benefit of its shareholders rather than for the public good or employee philanthropy” 🧐 Hope you’re following along, just scratching the surface.

National Beef Packing Company, JBS are Brazillian owned mind you. Tyson Foods, Inc , Cargill Meat Solutions slaughter 85% of fed cattle US.
