a fundraiser dinner is on the horizon....perhaps the 1st monday in september....maybe later. A menu is in the works, blogs are imminent, and the dinner theme is "outside inside." Literally as in all of the cooking will take place outside, served inside and figuratively as in the stylistic approach will focus on roasting, drying, curing, and smoking.
