Cavern News: We had a blast with you all yesterday and appreciate you more than we know how to express. We were so busy we didn't get a chance to pass out the frequent visit gift cards so if you were here 32+ times between March 6th and June 5th you'll have your second $10 gift card waiting at the bar. Thank you again for your support!

Aarron calls me out too much so I need to say that this is a team effort. Ciara does an amazing job in the kitchen, Tyler and Aarron work together to keep the keg and beer coolers clean and organized and now Eric (The Mountain) is doing a great job behind the bar. We have a pretty solid team.

Let's talk about Aarron for a minute. He has really stepped up and made very impressive changes. Some believed none of this was possible and we would surely be closed within a year. I almost believed it myself but he came through! Aarron has worked so hard and deserves some recognition and awards or something! lol.. seriously, if you know where he was just 2 years ago then you know... As his mother I couldn't be any more proud of him than I am right this moment.

Brazilian Bahiana vanilla beans are incredibly scarce, premium pods cultivated in Brazil’s Atlantic Rainforest. They are packed with vanilla caviar and offer flavor notes of toffee, browned butter, mocha, and gentle baking spices and compliment our barleywine base quite nicely.
