My friends at Doughmance Bakery make an excellent Oregeno Garlic sourdough (among other things). I am using up ingredients I already have, and concocted this amazing brunch using a thick slice of the sourdough grilled in butter. Flipped the first side, then layered feta, pistachio pesto I bought from at Atlantic Beach Farmers Market, and another layer of feta. Topped that with an egg fried over medium, and a couple slices of fried prosciutto. Yooooooo!! 🤤❤️
