In 1999 I was awarded a patent for ratite (ostrich, rhea) meat extracts as therapeutic agents. They have exceptional immune systems that can be utilized for healing humans and animals with zero side effects. "Ratite extracts as therapeutic agents" This is where I say "I told you so." Eggs for eating are also a very popular request. NO, we don't sell them. Eating eggs must be collected promptly and refrigerated. We collect eggs weekly which makes them unusable for an eating egg. Plus, we do not have the necessary egg license. To satisfy your curiosity, they taste just like a free range chicken egg.

We also do not sell meat or provide whole birds for you to slaughter yourself.

To those of you requesting hatching rhea eggs: NOT YET. Egg production with constant storms is always poor. The few that have been laid are infertile. This week is more storms so we don't expect viable eggs for a while. Plus, the buffalo gnats are about to emerge. It could be June before we have viable eggs.🙁
