When disaster strikes, the cattle industry shows up.

The Florida Cattlemen’s Foundation is proud to support wildfire relief efforts in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska as ranching families face devastating losses.

If you’d like to join us in helping these producers rebuild, you can donate to the Florida Cattlemen's Foundation, or directly to the states facing wildfire damages.

There’s a story behind this one… ❤️

Back in the late 1920s in Jacksonville on Lennox Avenue, there was a small community store known as Griffin’s Store.

It was owned and operated by a man named Admiral “Dewey” Griffin, known by many in the community as “Daddy” Griffin🤎.

He sold meat, but more than that, he served his community. During hard times, he fed families who could not feed themselves.

He was a preacher, a provider, and yes, even sold a little moonshine on the side.

Later, Dewey Griffin purchased land at what is now Diamond D Ranch.
There, he built a life in cattle and agriculture and created the Diamond D brand.

That “D” still carries his name. D for Dewey.

The legacy continued through the next generation, Dewey Franklin Griffin (Sonny Boy) and his wife, Jewel Griffin, who carried on the family’s cattle and horse operation and deepened those roots right here on this land.

And today, that same family continues the story.

Grand Opening this weekend during Diamonds in the Rust
March 27 to 29
Diamond D Ranch

Inside you will find
• Diamond D Ranch apparel
• Ranch themed stuffed animals with their own bandanas 🐴
• Books for kids and adults
• Handmade goat milk soap
• Diamond D Ranch wildflower honey

While we do not offer packaged beef in the store just yet, it is something we hope to bring in the future.
In the meantime, you can still purchase a whole cow raised right here on our ranch, processed and ready to fill your freezer at home.

This is not just a store.
It is a continuation of a Jacksonville story carried on by the same family.

Come be part of it. 👇
