Recently, I was tagged in a post where someone was looking for a caterer, and Chefs for a Night was recommended. ❤️

Someone commented and asked, “Can we see some pictures of the food?”

And you know what? That made me realize something…

I don’t post nearly enough of our FOOD! 😩😂

We stay so busy cooking, catering, setting up events, serving guests, and moving on to the next one that sometimes I forget to stop and actually show y’all what Chef Pratt has been creating in that kitchen.

So we are about to change that. 👨🏾‍🍳🔥

Over the next few weeks, I’m going to start digging through my camera roll and sharing more of our dishes, catering spreads, private dinners, appetizers, entrées, desserts and some of Chef Pratt’s creations from over the years.

Because when you’re looking for a caterer, pretty flyers are nice… but you want to see the FOOD! 🍽️

Yesterday was an exciting day for our partner business-Kentucky Soul! We got our sign installed by FASTSIGNS!

Today we are having a soft opening with limited menu choices. Today’s menu will be barbecue chicken, barbecue ribs, seafood platter and fish dinners. Meals include two sides. Come see us from 1-6. Address in comments.

Your $75 ticket includes a scenic yacht cruise and 1 drink ticket (beer, wine, or soda). Chef-prepared dinner (by Chefs for a night) and additional bars available for purchase onboard. ITINERARY

6:45 PM – Begin check-in at security gate. All guests will go through a brief security screening.

7:00 PM – Boarding begins aboard Royal Princess Yacht. Grab a drink, mingle, and enjoy the atmosphere!

7:30 PM – Cruise departs for an unforgettable evening featuring music, sunset views, and Downtown Jacksonville scenery.

9:00 PM – Return to dock.

9:30PM - Disembark
