🌾 Hello friends – welcome to The Little Country Shed! 🌾
My name is Madison Brennaman, and I’m the heart and hands behind this small but mighty homestead kitchen. I live in the little farm village of Jamestown, OH with my husband, Alex, my two beautiful bonus daughters, and our red heeler, Merle – who also happens to be the inspiration behind our logo. 🐾
I grew up in the world of agriculture, showing horses and being involved in both FFA and 4H. For 10 years, I dedicated my life to veterinary medicine, helping creatures of all shapes and sizes. But after years of burnout, I found myself craving a life with more balance, more meaning… and more homemade bread.
I’ve always believed in knowing where our food comes from, eating clean, and the power of a lovingly cooked meal. After hearing over and over from my girls and my husband that “you should really cook for a living,” I finally listened… and The Little Country Shed was born.
Today, I’m turning my passion into purpose by sharing it with my community. We offer:

🍪 Sourdough dark chocolate chip cookies
🥞 Sourdough pancakes
🍰 Plus a growing menu of homemade baked goods and future seasonal items
This venture is more than a business. It’s a chance to connect with people, nourish families, and bring back the simple joy of homemade food.
