Pearl City Popcorn (formerly known as His Corn) debuted at the Jamestown Public Market in 2015. Every bag of Pearl City Popcorn is made from scratch using Aber's Acres locally grown organic popcorn. Our signature recipe is oven baked caramel popcorn, which starts with hot air popped corn and homemade caramel sauce. After the corn is coated it bakes in a slow oven for an hour giving it its signatur

e crispness. Other varieties include caramel with peanuts, Caramel Apple made with real apple cider syrup and a hint of cinnamon, white cheddar and Jamestown's own take on Garrett's Blend called Brick Road Blend (salty sweet cheddar and caramel mix). What really makes Pearl City Popcorn "pop" is that 100% of the profits are given to charity.

Jamestown Farmers Market had their annual Farm to Table dinner last night (July 20). It was the first time they actually went to a farm to hold the dinner. It took a lot of planning on our director's part and his team, but the results were stupendous. You won't want to miss it next year.

I don't know about the temperature warming, but there is an indoor Jamestown Farmers Market tomorrow (Saturday, May 9). I'm going to get my ground pork from Conklin Family Ranch. There's great maple syrup, sour dough products, Southern Tier Microgreens, fresh fruit and veggies, tea, and lots more there. Buy local!

☀️The temperature is warming, the birds are singing, and more FRESH, LOCAL PRODUCE is coming into season: check it out at this weekend's indoor market on Saturday from 9 to 1 at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church Undercroft!

🌷We've got a GREAT lineup of vendors, and you should be able to find fresh veggies including lettuce, spinach, and kale, mushrooms, microgreens, breads and baked goods, maple syrup and honey, locally-blended teas, meat and eggs, handmade crafts, and more. It's Mother's Day weekend -- get mom some LOCAL flowers!

🛶 Everwild Land Trust will be running the Sprouts table for the kids!
