Hot take… I wanna hear your thoughts.

When I was making the decision to move to Jamestown, I actually found comfort in knowing Target (a chain) was coming soon.

I also was soooo grateful for places like Wegmans…Aldi… and I did get excited about Chipotle’s opening.

At the same time… I can preeetty confidently say I do shop & eat local more than the average person.

So here’s my take. It’s not all good and it’s not all bad. Some things are a bit more nuanced than that.

But I wanna know… are you excited about the new spots popping up? …or does that feel disappointing?

I’m on a mission to find MY Tim Horton’s order. One that is more consistent and one I’m gonna like.

I’ll be honest- I AM particular about my coffee and Tim’s is never really my first choice but a girl can try to at least find her “usual”.

I’m open to suggestions but I think I’m getting closer!

This time I tried:

Medium Double double (again!!)

Medium double double with caramel

Medium iced with a splash of oat milk and 2 caramels

Medium iced with 4 milks, 2 Splenda and 1 hazelnut.

Had to break the video up into 2 parts… part 3 coming tomorrow. ❤️

Lucy is our bernedoodle — we are working on growing out her fur back after her surgery earlier this year and the team at Happy Hounds takes such good care of both her & Henry.
