Slaven-Farms

Slaven-Farms Slaven-Farms is a small 34 acres farm nestled in the foothills of the Cumberland Plateau in Jamestown TN. We are family owned and woman operated.

While the farm itself is on its (9th as far as we count) generation there are currently 3 generations actively farming at once. In our cover photo you can see my sister Emmie Slaven, my mom Connie Slaven, myself- Katie, and my Nana Elzadia Slaven. While our main focus is on our registered dairy goats, we do raise a variety of animals. This includes our old 15 yr old Border Collie, a great Pyrenees

named Sully, and 2 dachshunds named Zoey and Maggie. We also raise our own garden and can most of our food that we use. We do welcome people to the farm but please by appointment only as there are some days that we are not available.

Just a sneak peak at some of the "new" old bloodlines coming to Slaven-Farms pending pregnancy checks: Clovertop's Morado, Rockspring Dude Dande Diplomat, Shady Lawn Choice Barbaro, Jesus Way Taco Mordecai, Robla's The Lone Ranger. To say we are excited is a bit of understatement

Mud everywhere! But that's OK-- mud means there is moisture, which means there'll be green grass. And that's always a good thing. :)
