Two new vinegars, blended just for us.
This summer Splash, Dash, & Drizzle is privileged to be invited to be a participant in Taste of Chautauqua at Chautauqua Institution on August 19th and August 26th — two days that celebrate the best of our county, our makers, and the spirit of the Institution itself. We wanted to bring something that felt true to this place, something that honors the lake, the community, and the event. So we had these blends created just for us, inspired by the light that makes Chautauqua unmistakable.
There’s a particular kind of magic that happens on Chautauqua Lake in the early hours — that soft‑gold hush before the day decides what it’s going to be. The water lies still enough to hold a reflection, and the sky warms from pearl to peach in a way that feels almost polite. Sunrise here doesn’t rush.
