We're now accepting applications for full-time and part-time positions. As a 7th generation family farm in Jamestown, Clay Farms is a diversified operation that includes row crops, cow/calf, back grounding, heavy equipment, custom work, and more. Tasks vary daily depending on the time of year and Mother Nature. Requirements include experience, a clean driving record, mechanical skills, and the ability to operate modern equipment. While a CDL is not required, it's beneficial. Ability to work off the ground during harvest or as needed(grain bins, grain leg maintence.)
We offer competitive benefits including paid time off, paid vacation, company match on retirement, paid holidays, and health insurance. Pay is based on skills and experience, starting at $55,000/year++.
Overtime and/or weekends is not required but, pay will reflect willingness to help get tasks completed in timiley fashion.
