🍇 From Vineyard to Wine! 🍷

Yesterday you got to see the video of how our harvester works. Today I have another video to share. 🍇💪

The winemaking process starts with crushing and de-stemming the grapes. From there, the grapes are pumped into the press, where we gently press out all that delicious juice that will eventually become wine. 🍷

It’s a pretty incredible process to watch—and even more exciting knowing that this is the beginning of another vintage!

🍇 Things are getting BUSY at the winery—and harvest season is officially underway!

We began harvesting Brianna grapes yesterday, kicking off one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year. My goal is to create a really cool video showing you the entire winemaking process from harvest to bottle—but that takes some editing and time! For now, enjoy this short behind-the-scenes video of harvest beginning. 🍷

P.S. Our Grape Stomp on Saturday, September 12 is almost full!

T-shirts are being ordered first thing Friday morning, so please register by Thursday night to ensure you receive your desired T-shirt size.

🍷 HELP US NAME OUR HAPPY ACCIDENT WINE! 🍫

Sometimes the best wines happen completely by accident—and that’s exactly how our newest wine came to be!

We were bottling Frontenac Rosé and Midnight Fantasy on the same day when our Frontenac Rosé unexpectedly picked up a subtle chocolate finish. It has much less chocolate flavor than Midnight Fantasy, but it’s noticeable—and absolutely delicious!

It wasn’t what we intended to create, but we loved it too much not to bottle it. Now this happy accident needs a name, and we want YOU to help us choose it!
