Our skewers get a head start on the grill so they're ready to finish hot and fresh for you, our breakfast sandwiches are cooked to order with hand-picked ingredients, and our Filipino lumpia is mostly pork with fresh veggies mixed in — no filler, all flavor. 🥟🔥

We want to give a huge THANK YOU to the Milton 4th of July Festival event for having us out this weekend!
What an incredible turnout — we were blown away by the love and support from the Milton community.
To everyone who came out and waited, and especially to those we weren't able to serve before we sold out — we are so sorry! We hate turning anyone away, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Y'all showed up big and we ran out faster than we expected!
We're so grateful, and we'll make sure to bring even more next time so we can feed everyone who wants a taste of Mindoro Island Grill. 🙏

Honestly? Every Saturday I still get butterflies before I open up. 😅 Running Mindoro Island Grill was never part of my plan — I was hesitant, unsure, and honestly a little scared.
My husband built me a food truck. Nothing fancy — simple and basic — but it passed as a rolling restaurant and that was enough. 🙌 My coworkers were my first taste testers, and when they loved my lumpia, something clicked. I thought… maybe others would enjoy this too.
So I took the leap. And what started as a little dream became something so much bigger — a way to share Filipino culture, one bite at a time. 🇵🇭
One of my favorite things? When people come up to my window and ask if I'm Filipino. 🥹 Some of them are VETERANS who were stationed at the US military bases in the Philippines — and the food takes them right back to those days. Some remember an old Filipino neighbor or friend who used to bring food over and they never forgot that taste. Those moments mean everything to me.
Come on over and try our lumpia, pork BBQ sticks, and pork belly — and experience a little taste of authentic Filipino food for yourself! 🇵🇭🙏❤️
