Expanding our maintenance shop is something we've been planning for quite some time, and we're excited to see continued progress as we work on creating a more functional space for our team! The expansion will double the size of our current shop by essentially duplicating the existing footprint directly beside the current building.

🪶 **Did You Know?**

In 1988, Bill MacFarlane partnered with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture and Chinese officials on an ambitious project to bring new Manchurian Ringneck pheasant genetics to the United States.

The effort resulted in the importation of 1,200 Manchurian Ringneck pheasant eggs from Jilin Province, China. After extensive testing and approval processes, the chicks were cleared for import, helping introduce valuable new bloodlines to the U.S. pheasant industry.

The project was so successful that a second shipment followed two years later, further strengthening the genetic diversity of Ringneck pheasants in North America.

Today, these efforts remain an important part of pheasant-raising history and demonstrate the dedication required to continually improve the quality and vitality of pheasant populations.
