The project resumed today after a short pause due to rain over the last couple of days. Progress has been made with the installation of rump rail posts and the pouring of concrete in the center and for equipment pads in the utility room. Soon, clear stone work will pick up again in the parlor, milk room, and utility room. The installation of the two remaining drain pans in the milk room is expected next week, paving the way for the in-floor heat installation. Parlor building is also set to start next week.

Bigger Tank, More Efficiency for Rollin' Green Dairy: TCD has successfully installed a 5000-gallon Mueller bulk tank at the Rollin' Green Dairy farm in Brooklyn, Wisconsin. This upgrade allows for every other day pick up, leading to cost savings and improved cooling efficiency. The McNeely family is thanked for choosing TCD as their partner for this project.

The project on the rotary is moving along. Concrete work in the freestall has started. Rough-in electrical and plumbing for the parlor is complete. Today, clear stone was placed via an elevator, which made for quick work. The rotary rump rail posts footings, and receiver drain pan were set. Next week, the building will start.

We're pleased to announce another successful project launch! Double M Dairy in Belgium, Wisconsin, has chosen Tri-County Dairy to implement a state-of-the-art 40-stall Dairymaster Rotary. With a proven 20-year working relationship, Tri-County Dairy and Double M Dairy have partnered once again to expand the parlor, previously collaborating on the Dairymaster Swing 12 expansion in 2006. This comprehensive project features a Dairymaster 40-stall low-bail rotary, Commander automation with single-place identification, Dairymaster Dairy Vue 360 software, and a Mueller Chiller system with three tanker bays. The new facility encompasses the parlor area, a holding area capable of accommodating 230 cows per group, 430 freestalls, freshening pens, a sort area, and a hoof trimming area. We thank Double M Dairy for entrusting Tri-County Dairy with this project and look forward to our continued collaboration.

This new cross vent calf facility was recently completed at the Holmesville Dairy in Argyle Wis. It features 2 Forster technik calf feeders with each feeder capable of feeding 2 calves at the same time via the IFS station. J&D ventilations will provide year around fresh air for the calves

Added new Norbco headlocks to the outside feed area.
New Norbco curtains on the outside with added protection with some continuous fencing from our friends in Harvard Illinois “ RCM direct”
