Everything must go by the end of March. If you are interested in a big item like a steel table or freezer, message Gregg to set up a time to get it. 608-373-1250. Freezers $350 self defrost 21 cuft, steel tables $200 (were $600), dollies up to $200, palates $5 each, pots $30 - 40 each, pans $10 each, full trays $4, half trays $2. We discovered today we can only fulfill 1/3 of our orders for Sante Fe eggrolls. So, we are making other food and hope to match up what we made with customers. If I do find the rolls available somewhere, I'll buy them. So far we have some salisbury steaks, crab cakes, broccoli chicken, breaded cod, manicotti, and ham steaks.
