Skelly's Farm Market We're a unique destination for fresh, homegrown Wisconsin produce and family fun! Strawberries, sweet corn, sunflowers, and fall are our highlights!

Our gift shop, free playground, and bakery are open Memorial Day weekend through Halloween. Come on out to our beautiful farm and join us for several seasons of fun June through October! Strawberry season is in early June and runs for around 3 weeks. We offer pre-picked quarts and a pick-your-own experience for all ages! You also don't want to miss out on our delicious homemade strawberry pies and

jam. Sweet corn and other summer produce season starts around early July and runs through early September. We grow around 100 acres of delicious sweet corn, tomatoes, muskmelon, watermelon, cucumbers, zucchini, green and yellow beans, summer squash and peppers. You can find our produce at our farm and 8 roadside locations throughout southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois 7 days per week. Our main summer highlight now includes 6 acres of beautiful blooming sunflowers ready approximately late July through early August. Come stroll through the field, take as many pictures as you'd like, and enjoy our "prop stops" we put out there to help make your pictures even more memorable. These flowers are only in bloom for 2-3 weeks, so you don't want to delay a visit to see these! Lastly, we end the year with our fall season starting Labor Day weekend and running through Halloween day. We have 2 corn mazes, a wagon ride, 2 apple cannons, plenty of pumpkins to pick from and a delicious bakery specializing in pumpkin and apple cider donuts. Be sure to browse our gift shop for all your fall decoration needs! Our retail barn is open all season long with a rotating display of indoor and outdoor house decor, including candles, wax melts, lotions, cute signs and SO much more! Inside you can also find our bakery, which bakes up fresh homemade cake donuts daily. Our flavors include apple cider, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and pumpkin (flavors are seasonal and can vary). Outside you can find a hand-built playground designed for kids of all ages! There is no charge to play on our playground. We hope you enjoy your visit to our family's farm!

It's not the start of fall without the introduction of our famous loaded apple cider float to our bakery menu!

This float, made with locally made apple cider, vanilla ice cream, Guth's homemade caramel, and topped with an apple cider donut is the BEST way to quench your thirst on a warm day! And with this weather feeling like mid-summer instead of early fall, it's definitely needed... 😉

The bakery is also making our transition to apple cider and PUMPKIN donuts daily starting tomorrow, Saturday, September 5th!

BUT! This holiday weekend, you can still find our delicious homegrown produce like sweet corn, tomatoes, watermelon, cucumbers, zucchini, green beans, and green peppers at the farm, all 3 of our remaining roadside stands, and the Janesville Farmers' Market on Saturday morning 8am - 1pm.

SWEET CORN AND STAND UPDATE FOR THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD! 👇

Here we are, stuck waiting again for the next planting to ripen because our yield wasn't as high as it should have been in the last one and we went through the field faster than normal! What a year. Just....crazy! Anyways! Due to this, we're going to be CLOSING ALL OF OUR STANDS ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD! We will pick corn to supply the farm only on Thursday! So if you want your sweet corn fix tomorrow, you'll have to make the drive out!

We plan on (hopefully) opening all 3 remaining stands on Friday, September 4th through Labor Day Monday, September 7th (Uptown Janesville behind Dick's Sporting Goods, Roscoe at Carpet Mill Outlet, and Beloit at Cranston/Prairie). We'll also be at the downtown Janesville Farmers' Market on Saturday, September 5th with corn and other homegrown produce, and baked goods!

After Labor Day, we will be closing Roscoe and Beloit for the year and ONLY Uptown Janesville will remain open as long as we have corn.

So the good news? Skelly sweet corn will be back for the "unofficial" end of summer weekend at all of our remaining locations! We don't know how much longer corn will last past Labor Day, so make sure you get your fix now while you can!

EITHER WAY! We are not letting this humidity ruin our fall fun here at Skelly's! We are starting to switch over to homemade fall baked goods and focusing on fall displays all over the gift barn and food barn!

Watch for fall flavors of fudge, sweet breads, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes, pumpkin bars, and last but not least....pumpkin donuts (!!!) to appear over the course of the next week!

But for those of you who are still hanging onto summer, we've still got some of the last blueberry baked goods available (blueberries are almost all gone!), tons of fruity flavors of fudge, strawberry and blueberry donuts, and blueberry topping for ice cream!

Our 3 roadside stands are also still open daily 10:15am - 5:15pm (they might not be open Thursday - we'll post again tomorrow to confirm) and the farm is open daily 9am - 6pm.

MUMS HAVE ARRIVED! We just got our first delivery of mums yesterday! You can find them outside in front of our store. $15.99 each or 3/$45.00.

This weekend at Skelly's (August 29th and 30th):

Celebrate summer still hanging on and fall creeping in as you head out to the farm and get a taste of both seasons! We've still got lots of sweet corn, watermelon, tomatoes, Michigan blueberries (this is it for the year!), homemade baked goods like cinnamon rolls FROM SCRATCH, peach cobbler, blueberry pretzel dessert, blueberry cheesecake bars, chocolate zucchini cake, a dozen different sweet bread flavors, and more!

You can still visit us at the downtown Janesville Farmers' Market with baked goods, homegrown produce, and locally grown apples! We've only got this Saturday and next Saturday left (September 5th) and then we'll probably be done until the market moves indoors in November! Come see us downtown 8am - 1pm.

WE'VE GOT A STAND UPDATE FOR YOU ALL! Keep on reading 👇

It's been quite a busy day today, but we're here now to update you all on our stand locations for the rest of the year:

-Starting tomorrow, Friday, August 28th our Evansville and Edgerton stands will be closed for the year. We closed our Janesville - Milton Avenue stand last minute this morning as well, and we also decided that one is not opening up again this year either. BUT! The good news is that our 3 busiest stands will remain open daily through hopefully Labor Day!! Those stands are in Beloit at Cranston and Prairie, Roscoe at Carpet Mill Outlet, and Uptown Janesville (behind Dick's Sporting Goods). We apologize for the abrupt closing of some of these, but due to low corn supply and extra staff needed at these busy stands, we opted to just run 3 from here on out.

The farm is still stocked with sweet corn, and we will still be at the downtown Janesville Farmers' Market this Saturday, August 29th with corn and other homegrown produce (and homegrown donuts 🤣).

Summer is still here at Skelly's! Word on the street is that our watermelon supply is HUGE and we need to get these eaten ASAP. The farm currently has a buy 2 watermelon for only $10 deal! (not valid at stands).....watermelon + sweet corn = a tasty summer delight that won't last much longer!
