Skelly's Farm Market We're a unique destination for fresh, homegrown Wisconsin produce and family fun! Strawberries, sweet corn, sunflowers, and fall are our highlights!

Our gift shop, free playground, and bakery are open Memorial Day weekend through Halloween. Come on out to our beautiful farm and join us for several seasons of fun June through October! Strawberry season is in early June and runs for around 3 weeks. We offer pre-picked quarts and a pick-your-own experience for all ages! You also don't want to miss out on our delicious homemade strawberry pies and

jam. Sweet corn and other summer produce season starts around early July and runs through early September. We grow around 100 acres of delicious sweet corn, tomatoes, muskmelon, watermelon, cucumbers, zucchini, green and yellow beans, summer squash and peppers. You can find our produce at our farm and 8 roadside locations throughout southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois 7 days per week. Our main summer highlight now includes 6 acres of beautiful blooming sunflowers ready approximately late July through early August. Come stroll through the field, take as many pictures as you'd like, and enjoy our "prop stops" we put out there to help make your pictures even more memorable. These flowers are only in bloom for 2-3 weeks, so you don't want to delay a visit to see these! Lastly, we end the year with our fall season starting Labor Day weekend and running through Halloween day. We have 2 corn mazes, a wagon ride, 2 apple cannons, plenty of pumpkins to pick from and a delicious bakery specializing in pumpkin and apple cider donuts. Be sure to browse our gift shop for all your fall decoration needs! Our retail barn is open all season long with a rotating display of indoor and outdoor house decor, including candles, wax melts, lotions, cute signs and SO much more! Inside you can also find our bakery, which bakes up fresh homemade cake donuts daily. Our flavors include apple cider, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and pumpkin (flavors are seasonal and can vary). Outside you can find a hand-built playground designed for kids of all ages! There is no charge to play on our playground. We hope you enjoy your visit to our family's farm!

🍓Saturday, June 13th we will begin the morning with both pre-picked berries in our store and pick-your-own berries! WE ARE NEARING THE END OF OUR PRE-PICKED SEASON! Due to our lower than normal yield this year, we aren't sure we will be able to send our pickers through much longer. Since our pre-picked quarts have been in such high demand, we will NOT be sending any downtown to the Janesville Farmers' Market Saturday. Our booth will be there with donuts, turnovers, and muffins though! Stop by for a treat! 🍓We had a HUGE number of pickers out today! THANK YOU ALL! Our amazing picking crew picked a TON of berries this morning, and then it rained. Now nobody is here and these berries are going to go to waste! 🙁 Come out and pick some up if you're still looking for pre-picked! We're open until 5pm!

Going to be very realistic here - our pre-picked season could very well be done in a few more days. This means you'll have to go pick your own or you'll miss out on berries for the year. DO NOT DELAY! We've been warning you our season is going to be shorter than normal, and we really mean it!

We will begin the morning with pre-picked berries in our store and pick-your-own! Picking conditions are relatively good for the beginning of the season still. We're taking this one day at a time, and with our forecast the next two days, field conditions can change in less than 12 hours. If you haven't tried our homemade strawberry desserts....what are you waiting for!? We are currently well stocked with:
-Strawberry pretzel dessert
-Strawberry cheesecake lasagna
-Strawberry donut bread pudding
-Strawberry Jello pies
-Strawberry crisp
-Strawberry rhubarb pies (these are almost done for the season - get them while you can!)
-Strawberry sweet breads
-Strawberry freezer jam (for a treat later!)
-Strawberry lemonade (made with Nordskov's homemade strawberry lemon syrup)

To cool you off after you pick, we also have:
-A strawberry donut shortcake, made with a strawberry donut, ice cream, homemade strawberry topping, and whipped cream
-Strawberry sundaes
-Strawberry bubble waffle desserts, where the waffle is made out of our strawberry donut batter, and it's filled with ice cream, homemade strawberry topping, and whipped cream (it's a meal!)

Strawberry season will be shorter than normal this year, so do not delay your visit! We know it's going to be hot the next two days, but that's why we open bright and early at 7am and serve ice cream! Do your picking before the peak of the day and grab an ice cold treat later!

Strawberries, pies, and jam, oh my! 😍 This is a current picture of our pre-picked haul from today, Monday, June 8th! For our current supply and picking conditions 👉 www.skellysfarmmarket.com/strawberries

What a beautiful sight! Our bakery staff has been super busy all morning and afternoon today processing berries for our homemade jam and strawberry pies! We will have a good supply of both to start the morning on Tuesday, June 9th. Our jam is $8.00/jar and our pies are $19.00 each or $4.00/slice.

These next couple days we do expect to have some good pre-picked berries in our store and pick-your-own berries. Again, with the uncertainty of our season length, if you have the time to come out now, come out! Do not delay your visit this year. Our season could abruptly change in a matter of days.

How long will our season last? That's the question of the week! We really don't know. Typically, we say around 3-4 weeks. This year? Who knows! We wish we had a better answer for you but honestly, each day we can pick and enjoy this crop is a day to be celebrated! We really didn't know if we were going to be able to even harvest this year back in April.

Stay up to date on our website, keep following our social media pages, and get out while you can! We know it's going to be hot this week, but that's why we open at 7am! Beat the heat and get those berries now! You don't want to miss this season!

🍓Sunday, June 7th Strawberry Update!🍓

We will once again begin the morning at 7am with pre-picked berries in our store and pick-your-own. We did sell out of pre-picked quarts this afternoon, so make sure you check our website for our current supply 👉 www.skellysfarmmarket.com/strawberries

We are actually finding quite a lot of berries out there right now. This heat is bringing them on fast. Now is a great time to come pick! Like we mentioned a few days ago, this season is going to be day-by-day. If we tell you now is the time to come pick....we really mean it!!

Our bakery is hard at work trying to get as many strawberry baked goods made as possible! We still do not have strawberry pies though - those will be coming hopefully Monday or Tuesday. We are also trying to work on making more strawberry jam. We do have lots of strawberry rhubarb pie though!
