Additional Terms:
Live Lots Terms: These cattle sell under the terms and conditions of their respective breed associations. Although rarely called upon, seller is retaining two successful flushes of six embryos each on all females at seller’s expense and buyer’s convenience, unless otherwise stated below.

All cattle are property of the new owner once the sale is complete and are the buyer’s responsibility. Insurance can be purchased through Thurston Livestock Mortality Insurance or another agent of your choice.

Registration papers will be transferred once the animal has been paid for in full.

Embryo Lots Terms: Guarantee of one 60-day pregnancy if implanted by a certified embryologist within one year of purchase.
